Got my SHOES!!!!!!!!

So I got my shoes last night! So tomorrow I'm starting fresh with the 90 day Metamorphosis by Tracy. Getting the shoes was interesting cause UPS came and of course I wasn't home to get them, so they left a notice, and because I'm so impatient my fiancée and I drove down to Roanoke to pick them up from the ups office, its only a 40 min drive. I just didn't want to have to wait till Monday :P I got Nike Shox Qualify+, and let me tell you they feel wonderful on my feet! I would def recommend these shoes.

Waiting to officially start metamorphosis

Ok so I'm getting a little sidetracked from Metamorphosis by Tracy, I did the cardio and my knees keep swelling and getting fluid on them, I believe its because I don't have good workout shoes. Tracy does recommend getting shoes with shocks in them because the cardio is basically all bouncing and jumping around. So I just ordered Nike Shox online and awaiting them in the mail to start. i will just continue to do Tracys method mat workout for now. Sunday is the start of my Detox clense I'll be keeping a daily record of that so stay tuned!

Happy Birthday to my sister!!!

I just wanted to do a quick blog before  I went to work today to wish my sister Happy Birthday!
She is an amazing person and a wonderful mother, and she deserves the best.

New Exercise program this week!

Starting today I will be doing Tracy Anderson 90 day metamorphosis program. I have done Tracy's workouts before and I was happy with the results I got. I don't usually do the eating plan she uses though, its costly and sometimes just hard for me to diet. So after today I will be keeping you updated on the results I'm seeing. I am merely doing this workout to tone up not to lose weight so we shall see how it goes.
The workout consists of 30 minute cardio and 30 min strength. Its much easier then her other workout programs because you can fit it all in one day. It used to be an hour for cardio and an hour for strength. I have skimmed through the strength part already and have to say I think I'm going to like the strength workouts in her Method mat dvd more. From the method mat dvd my arms got so toned! I loved the arms section of the workout, its just to short in the new metamorphosis dvd.
Well I'll keep you updated on my 90 days of metamorphosis!
Also next week, I am trying the Detox Clense from Gwyneth Paltrow website GOOP.

First Blog!

So tonight is my first blog ever! I'm already confused to how this works, but I'm sure I will figure it out in no time (I hope). Forgive me if my grammar is horrible, that is honestly not my strong suit. So I guess I should start by saying a little about myself, well I'm currently living in Virginia with my Fiancée until he graduates college May of 2012, then we will be getting married the week after he graduates. I'm 24 turning 25 in August, and feel like time has already gone by too quickly, I feel like I was 16 two days ago. I am currently a nanny for a wonderful family and I love the girls so much. I know when the time comes to leave them it will be a sad day. My Fiancée is going currently attending Virginia Tech (Go HOKIES!!!!) for chemical engineering (yes he is a smart one). Both of our homes are in Pennsylvania, its a great place to live, I miss all my friends and family and love our trips home to see everyone. I am a huge Baltimore Ravens fan!!! I honestly get so pumped up during football season, my Fiancée can't stand being around me sometimes I'm sure. I am someone who honestly loves animals I hate to see them abused or mistreated and wish I could just find each one a loving home. I also have a tendency to always feel bad for people and look for the good in them, which isn't always a good thing. I hate it sometimes myself. I want to make a difference in the world we live in now so that the future will be changed for the better. I hope to make a difference in hopefully at least one persons life and show them that anything can be achieved if you just stick with it have faith and believe. I love to try new things and learn new things, I am always up for an adventure. I love God; He has saved me from myself and is the true reason I am living. I try to live each day to show His love to the world. My friends and family mean the world to me, I'd do anything for them and do anything to keep them safe. I love to work-out, I always feel so much better after having a horrible day when I work out, it gets rid of all my stress and tensions. I am someone who tends to over think things, and yes that can get me in a lot of trouble haha, but hey its me what can i do :P. I don't know what else to share about myself, I'm sure more of me will come out as this blog continues, so stay tuned for the adventure :D
